I have created four MID WEEK SPRINT SERIES for the first half of 2023. All 4 Series start on Tuesday January 24th.
MWSS is a compact weekly event format for Modified class only.
Classes:
1:8 electric buggies http://www.vrcworld.com/series/serie.aspx?id=419]
1:8 nitro onroad http://www.vrcworld.com/series/serie.aspx?id=420
1:8 RallyX http://www.vrcworld.com/series/serie.aspx?id=422
1:10 ISTC http://www.vrcworld.com/series/serie.aspx?id=421
Each event uses this 3-day schedule:
- Tuesday: Qualifying, 3 tries
- Wednesday: Semi Finals, 2 tries, top-50
- Thursday: Main Final, 1 try, top-20
Times are chosen to give equal run time opportunity to racers from all continents!
MWSS will only be ran for modified classes without Racer levels.
Depending on the class, the races will be short and intense, maximum 10 minute Main Finals!
At the end of the first MWSS season there will be an evaluation to decide if this series format will be continued.

However, here is my question. Can you give me a start/finish times for these events? As I stated yesterday, i logged on (Tuesday in the U.S.) and the event had already gone into the semi finals.
Can you let me know what time the events will start here in the U.S. so that i can participate?

Like the format but why 3 rounds ?
Could we not just have 2 qualifying runs & the 1 final ! ( this might make it a bit easier for ppl to make the race ) hence the mid week sprint race name !
I like the single final as it’s a lot like real club racing ( 1 stuff up & your going to suffer )
